Membership:
The Cottage Grove Historical Society is a non-profit organization that exists on donations, membership dues, and book sales.
The Historical Society is preserving the records, photos and documents of Cottage Grove and the surrounding
area. Through this research the Society is able to publish such books as:
Dr. Pierce's First Aid Book
Historic Downtown Cottage Grove
The Day Buster Smiled
These books can be purchased through the society as well as local book stores for personal or educational use.

The Historical Society meets every third Saturday of the month, 10:00 a.m. at the Cottage Grove Community Center located at 700 E. Gibbs Avenue.
